Tournament Registration
To apply to attend a LDMHA Tournament please use the Online Tournament Application Form. Once complete, please email your HCR Roster and E-transfer your Tournament Entry Fee to lillooetminorhockeyetransfer@gmail.com.
**Registration for a tournament is not complete until LDMHA has received your Entry Fee and Roster.**
Tournament Cancellation Policy
Withdrawal from a tournament prior to its commencement will result in a $100 administration fee to be deducted, if a replacement team is found. If a replacement team is not found, the full tournament fee will be forfeited to LDMHA.
