Concession and Volunteer Hours

The Concession is operated by LDMHA to provide a service to our community and to help offset the cost of the season.  We will try to keep the hours you must fulfill for concession duty and volunteer time to a minimum.  We will also try and take into account other volunteer positions you may be filling at LDMHA.  Both Concession and Volunteer hours are required of each family and we request that you do not bring young children with you when you are doing your hours.  Volunteer hours ensure everyone is involved with the necessary tasks in order for a team to play and include change room supervision, jersey washing, 50/50 ticket sales, score keeping and time keeping.  It has been noted in the past that only a small core group of individuals take on these tasks when everyone should be doing their part. 

Your concession/volunteer fee will be forfeited if the concession duties/volunteer tasks are missed and you have not provided a replacement, or you have not worked the minimum hours required of each.  The volunteer hours are not applied to players registering in the Tykes program (concession hours are applied), but will be charged to players moving to U7 for the second half of the season. 

Your concession/volunteer fee will be refunded at the end of the season or carried over to the next years registration at your option.
